For our current customers, you should have received an email from us regarding our “Client Connect” feature. If you aren’t a client or glossed over it in your inbox but are still curious about the feature, we’ve included all the info you need to know in a letter from our founder below.
At SalonRunner we are always looking for ways to improve our service. Recently we’ve been working on improving your ability to communicate with your clients through automated marketing features and improved text messaging. We call it Client Connect; you may have seen the beta version in your software.
On March 30th the free beta version of Client Connect is going to be released as a complete feature with a brand new campaign, many new templates, and enhanced text messaging. There are four automated marketing campaigns that can be easily set up, Happy Birthday, New Client Thank You, Due Back, and Drive Backs. Each campaign will have more than 20 templates to choose from. It only takes 5 minutes to set up all four campaigns and your marketing will be on auto pilot!
Your current SalonRunner subscription will continue to include free text messaging; however, when you use Client Connect you will receive enhanced text messaging. With Client Connect you will not need to manage cell phone providers, and messages are virtually guaranteed to be delivered on time. While our competitors charge fees ranging from 3-5 cents per message for text messaging alone, and others charge hundreds of dollars per month for automated marketing, we have one low flat rate for everything!
If you are currently using the beta version of Client Connect, on 3/30/2015 you will need to go to the marketing tab and opt back in as it is now a paid feature.
Flat rate pricing is based on the number of service providers, similar to your SalonRunner subscription.
