A former multi salon owner and digital marketing expert, Derek is responsible for creating the membership trend in the United States and has launched Salon Ninja – the first salon and spa marketing software suite that markets to fill your chairs. His coaching programs have been featured in Salon Today and other national publications. Derek and his business partner Andrew Finkelstein also created Salon Ninja and The Beauty Business Reset.
