We sincerely hope we’ve convinced you to take your fall/winter marketing seriously! Okay, okay… don’t get your tinsel in a tangle! Here are our ideas for marketing campaigns:
Decorate
Yes, we know…you know already to do this. However, we aren’t just talking about placing some lights around the salon. What we also mean by “decorate” is to embellish your social media & email campaigns. What does this mean? Add some festive graphics to your profile picture & cover photo. Our personal favorite is when businesses add cheerful graphics to their logos.

Festive Hashtags
This is the best way to get your content in front of all the holiday shoppers. Hashtags truly are our best friends. Use the right hashtags and target potential clients & even place your content in front of a multitude of eyes. Here’s an extra tip: use location-based hashtags. This way, you reach your audience in specific locations PLUS target all those potential buyers.

Make Special Offers Fun
The holidays are a prime gift-giving season. Therefore, it’s up to us to get our clients excited about all the products & services they will purchase. Gifting is already a lot of pressure, so why not make it easy for your clients? Create wish lists that display products & services offered in your salon/spa. Each wish list could be specifically curated for each special someone. For example, “busy moms,” “business owners,” etc.
Create Blog/Social Posts Highlighting a Product or Service
You’re the expert here! Your clients will listen to what you have to say, or in this case, write. Reviewing a product via a blog post creates more credibility between you and your clients. Create social posts around the blog posts to enhance its reach. Don’t forget to mention why this product would make a great gift or an ideal addition during the winter months.

Post Live Tutorials
While you’re filming these tutorials, be sure to display the products you offer throughout the video. Using them in the video will build the trust your clients need in order to desire to purchase them for themselves. Posting live tutorials will also showcase your skills. Ensure to post relevant content such as holiday styles, Halloween makeup, etc.

We can’t wait to see your marketing campaigns circulating out there & ultimately trending. Share with us past campaigns you’ve used that have worked for you & your business. Now go on – stop being a grinch and get to marketing!
