A: Well, with us of course! We are more than software; we also offer gift cards that we help you design and send right to you. If you are looking for gift cards for the holidays, we recommend starting the gift card order process now as this is the busy season. Start the ordering process here.
Q: Which reports are best for end of year taxes?

A: Total Sheet: This report will provide you with numbers for your net sales, returns, discounts, and taxes. Also, it will give you a breakdown of your employees’ service, retail, and tip figures for the selected time frame.
Inventory Value: Run this report to check out your current on-shelf number.
Q: How do I know which employee permissions work best for my salon/spa?

A: Here’s a quick tip – if employees need to be able to check out clients, make sure to have these permissions turned on: manage tickets and re-open tickets. Re-opening tickets will allow them to make any changes to the ticket as necessary. We also notice that many employees need to see the gift card tab to see balance and usage information. To accomplish this, you will want the “manage gift cards” permission turned on as well. Check out more on permissions.
